A warm welcome to our Collyweston Community Shop website.
Visitors are impressed at the range we carry in our little 17th century award-winning shop. We stock a good selection of household necessities alongside delicious artisan produce. So whether you need a pint of milk or something special for supper, you’re in the right place.
We’re passionate about good food and about supporting small local producers. But if that makes us sound expensive there’s another pleasant surprise. Our not-for-profit status ensures customers enjoy excellent value, and basket for basket we’re often cheaper than the large supermarkets.
Although we primarily serve Collyweston and neighbouring villages we also welcome many passing visitors. Whether local or from far afield, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly volunteer team who will go the extra mile to help.
On-street parking is easy and if you have mobility problems or are struggling with small children we’ll be happy to load your shopping into the car. We’re child-friendly, dog-friendly and even horse-friendly. It’s not unknown for customers on horseback to pop their head through our door!
Do keep an eye on What’s New for updates, including discounts, arrival of seasonal specialties and order deadlines. If there’s something you would like us to stock or to order in, or if there is anything else we can do to make shopping with us even better please pop in, telephone or email. You can also find us on Facebook and Twitter. We genuinely appreciate your requests and feedback.
Importantly for Collyweston residents, remember that if illness or transport problems mean you can’t get to the Shop we’ll happily deliver to your home the same day, no matter how big or small your order.
Above all, thank you so much for your valued custom.
